What changed, with dates on it
Most consultant results pages are a logo wall and a number with no denominator. Here is what I can actually show you: work that is published in full, with the method attached, so you can check it rather than trust it.
A laundromat, 11 calls a month to 26
A laundromat's Google Business Profile had sat at about eleven calls a month for three years with no maintenance. After the profile work, calls reached twenty-six in July 2026, up 116.7 per cent year over year. The full work log is published, including what was done in what order and what did not move.
The reason this one is worth reading is that it is unglamorous. No new website, no content programme. Categories, services, photos, hours, and a review routine. That is the entire intervention, and it is the intervention most small businesses actually need.

Original research, published with its corrections
I count things when the advice everybody repeats has no denominator behind it. Two studies are public.
348

18,396 reviews, 22 categories, July 2026

reviews held by the median service business

Canadian cities measured for AI visibility
Which businesses get named by AI assistants
The review study carries a correction note on the page. The figures were restated on 24 August 2026 under a written method, and the note explains what changed and why. I would rather show you a corrected study than a clean one that nobody checked.

Two more measurements live on this site rather than the agency's: which Canadian hiring searches now carry an AI answer, and what an SEO consultant costs here. The city pages under five Canadian markets carry the search results they were written from, and the local SEO page explains how the map work is measured.
What is not on this page, and why
Most of my work is for small businesses who did not sign up to be marketing material. I do not publish a client's numbers without asking. The case study above is published because that owner agreed to it. Most do not get asked, because the write-up does nothing for them and hands a competitor something.
I also will not show you a percentage without its denominator. "Traffic up 300 per cent" from four visits to sixteen is true and worthless. If I give you a figure it comes with the base, the date range and what else changed in that period.
On a call I will walk you through live accounts and show you the real graphs, including the flat ones. That is more useful than anything I could put on a public page, and it is the reason this page is short.
What I will commit to in writing
- A baseline measured before any work starts, so improvement is measured against something real.
- A monthly report naming what was done, what moved and what did not.
- Thirty days notice, either direction, with every account staying in your name.
- An honest month-four conversation if the work is not paying, including the version where I tell you to stop.
Want to see the real graphs?
Book fifteen minutes and I will share a screen, including the accounts where the line is flat. That is a truer picture than any results page.
