A free Google Sites page outranking established firms is a useful signal. It means nobody is fighting this phrase with serious content, and the incumbents are ranking on age and links rather than on anything you would call an argument.
Below that: a directory at four, an agency guaranteeing top three rankings at seven, and an individual consultant at eight advertising twenty years of experience. By position ten the page has run out of relevant results altogether and is serving an essay about consulting in general.
What it means if you are hiring
When a community thread ranks this high on a hiring query, it is usually because the commercial pages are not answering the question. People asking r/Calgary for a recommendation want to know who is real, what it cost and whether it worked. Almost nobody's services page says any of that.
